I assume we are still doing the student mentor thing, right? I had some ideas about Hilda's mentor having been Xavier for the first month; she really needs her with her psionic abilities and he's the only one who could give it. I don't know that they'd have more than a couple of sessions though, since I'm sure he's busy getting the new school's affairs in order.
Because of that, I was thinking that perhaps with Jean returning, Hilda would be reassigned to her?
