Species: Homo Superior
Age: 18
Date of Birth: March Seventh
Hometown: Victoria, British Columbia, Canada
Current Residence: X-Institute; Has a flat he bought in New York if he gets any free time away from his classes.

Occupation: Student
Hair Colour: Venetian Red
Eye Colour: Crimson (Instinctive illusion of Malachite Green at almost all times)
Height: 6’4”
Weight: 230lbs
Body Type: Muscular, though not muscle-bound
Typical Style: Peter dresses in very functional clothing that looks like it came off of a military base. He prefers greatcoats, though he is forced to make concessions to weather, and sometimes do without them, and will usually be wearing a burgundy long sleeve, and black cargo pants, with a reinforced boot. All of his clothing is interwoven with SPECTRA, and M-5. He makes it habit to wear black leather gloves. These have metal plates over the knuckles, in between two layers of the leather. He often wears this over the bodysuit of his uniform, as a paranoid measure.
Distinguishing Features: Both Iris’ appear to be formed from Gemstones, and have an inner radiance to them, akin to a soft glow, skin is very pale, wears thin black framed glasses. Eyes turn red once he begins to suffer from an adrenaline rush, and begin to glow.
Physical Mutations: Eyes, Skin
Uniform: Peter’s uniform has two variations, one for when he is in combat, and one for when he is training. It is a suit of black double plate armour which is in a Maximillian style. For the one he wears while training, the armour is formed of an incredibly heavy material, and is used to force muscle growth as fast as possible, owing to its exceptional weight, and encumberance. While wearing it, Peter often finds himself easily outclassed in speed.
In combat, the training suit is instead formed of Titanium/Tungsten alloy, giving him exceptional protection, and being incredibly light in comparison to the weighted armour, allowing Peter to move far faster. Under both is worn a triple weaved suit of chainmail, from titanium, and over the legs is worn a ‘skirt’ of chain armour. The chain forms a hood, which can be worn under a great helm for comfort. All associated padding is worn as well.
Finally, the innermost layer of this armour, Peter wears a simple bodysuit of the indestructible material used by the X-Institute, Glaringly enough, he shows no ‘X’ iconography to his equipment, preferring to not be so ostentatious as he would put it. The material is black, with two crimson patches over the shoulders, which give the impression of blood flowing down his back, as they flow into lines with the illusion of dripping motion. It is worth noting the body suit is often worn under his street clothing.
Personality: Peter comes across as self-righteous, and in no small measure, arrogant. He shows little to no respect for anyone who has not EARNED it, and will dismissively wave off reprimand from any student. He pays lip service to teachers, though he does give their words serious consideration, and usually follows their orders.
When it comes to anything which broaches on Peters self imposed mission, to defend the church from any threat that could harm her, Peter will blatantly ignore orders. He believes that his service to God is worth any reprimand the X-Men could give him. As such if he has to choose between defending the interests of the Catholic Church, and anything barring saving someone’s life, he will choose the former. But he also believes that if he is to carry out his crusade well, he needs to keep well in mind that if you cannot save one life, you cannot save a million.
A note: Peter's crusade is not from any amount of legitimate faith, but a narcissistic belief that anything he supports is automatically superior, and that he must always support something to his fullest. Peter categorizes threats to the Church as Purifiers first and foremost, with the MRA behind them. However, Peter recognizes that the men enforcing the MRA are just doing their job, and will leave them be if they are being non-violent.
If he finds out you are a Purifier however... Peter has not had the chance to figure out what he will do to one of those vermin, and some small part of him is giddy to find out.
Family: Michael and Raphaelle Emile: Parents, Deceased
Henri Brandt: Adoptive Father - Biological Uncle
History:
Born to the Red King and Queen of Hellfire club Victoria, Peter has always been surrounded by privilege. Due to the sadly pressing nature of their business, Peter almost never really got a chance to know his parents. Which is for the best, as while his father was a devout Catholic, his mother was... Of a darker persuasion. Peter was raised mostly by a servant of the family, Henri Brandt. Sheltered from the past of his grandparents, Henri raised Peter as his own son, doting on the boy, and doing far more than either of his parents ever could.
Peter truely has little to no recollection of either Emile, and some deep part of his psyche still thinks of Henri as his father. The fierce bond between them truely shines, as Henri raised Peter, homeschooling him, and doing everything in his power to protect the young Emile from the Hellfire Club whom he knew would ruin him. In Peter, Henri saw the young man he wished he could have been, and that was why when Henri knew of an impending 'cleansing' of the Hellfire Club in Victoria, he simply took Peter to nearby Vancouver, vanishing, and let Fate play her hand.
Peter's family died that day, when he was six. Henri told him, and said that he would never abandon him. Peter soon absorbed everything of the man's character that he could, becoming strong willed, noble, precise, and well-spoken. Henri made sure to teach Peter not only the tongue of his Mother's Father, French, but also Henri and Peter's father's father's own German. In addition to this, he made particular pains to teach the young man Latin, in order to give him the air of prestige he knew would aid Peter later in life.
When Peter was nine, he found he had a love of swordplay, attempting to imitate the movements of a Swordsman in a movie Henri had been watching with him. It was then that Brandt taught him everything he knew, passed down by his father. Henri was a former CSIS agent, and a Service men... And his father had been part of the Waffen-SS. Peter began to learn an unarmed fighting style practiced by some of the most ruthless killers known to man, in addition to the fundaments of a number of weapons Henti had learned to use.
The lesson that the idea of power is to never use it, had taken neither with Henri when he had learned to kill, nor Peter who very briefly was introduced to the idea, and then immediately saturated with the hows and whats of tearing men apart.
Continuing to be home schooled by Henri, and having a rather mobile lifestyle, being able to see the Louvre, the Great Pyramids, and any other location that would benefit Peter thanks to a sizable fortune left to them both, a paltry pittance compared to what they were unable to access, tied up in assets of the Arms company that Michael Brandt had been the Primary shareholder of, a status which was transferred to Peter, and a number of other fortunes, these locked away until Peter was of age to inherit it.
Peter's powers manifested at eleven, and then Henri began to do his best to help him learn of how to use those, though he was a human, and not as knowledgeable in that art. Eventually he simply had a conversation with the young man, and both agreed that it would be best if he learned that from experts in the field. Peter was sent to the Gamma Flight, and due to a problem with the program being unfortunately attacked by some Supervillain or other, Xavier's Institute through Wolverine.
With him, Henri sent two of a set of many heirlooms, and two documents, on top of the more personal and mundane belongings. One was a piece of manuscript which would eventually fuel Peter's obsession with Catholicism, and his personal Crusade.
Peter had always had a stranger than healthy ego, and when he came across a transcript of the addition of the prayer to Saint Michael to the Leonine prayers, something in Peter's ego resonated with it. He came to his idea that the Church was still under siege. They still faced a battle not unlike the Crusades.
The Purifiers... Each time they asserted their beliefs in the expense of Christiandom, the Catholic Church, the strongest faith, took blame. A sword was needed to clean the scourge of this Heresy. God would forgive all sins. But someone needed to act.
The other was a copy of Michael and Raphaelle's will. Peter was to inherit 85% of the families wealth, the other 15% going to Henri, but...
He had to marry first. Peter was rather perplexed by all of this, but decided it really was not worth the headache of thinking about this young. In the meantime, he soon came to have a firm grasp of his powers in the seven years of his education, building on all of his skills as well, and gaining a dangerous reputation for being just a tad brutal in his fights.
Ultimately, Peter knows he is nowhere near his full power, and longs for the day he will have the power to be equal to his mentor, and the woman who haunts his dreams, forcing his self-loathing to begin to blossom. He knows his desires are sinful, and yet he can do nothing to stop them.
And it leads him to hold to his crusade even stronger. One day, she would be impressed by him... And he'll be able to not only inherit, but make his father proud.
Classification: Beta
Powers:
Telepathy:
Peter is currently a mid-level telepath. He can read thoughts and transmit them, and he is particularly good at cloaking his own mind from other telepaths who are either his level or weaker. His other main skill in telepathy is the ability to draw information from other peoples’ minds and burn it into his own, acting as a means of information gathering. His role as a telepath is confined mostly to being supportive, and he has yet to show any offensive traits. Instinctively, he maintains an illusion of having green eyes at all times, unless experiencing an adrenaline rush.
Telekinesis:
Peter has shown some measure of telekinetic ability, but this has so far been very limited; using tactile telekinesis, he is able to augment his strength, agility, stamina and speed to near superhuman levels. This has, however, proven to be very taxing if used for a long time. He is currently able to use it’s full extent for about five minutes before he begins to deteriorate, and after ten minutes, he will be mentally and physically exhausted, and will drop in seconds. The longer he keeps it up, the more strain he puts on his body, and the longer he is likely to be out of commission.
He has also shown a small measure of being able to move small objects, weighing something in the range of five to ten pounds. He has used his telekinesis with enough finesse to retrieve glasses three quarters full from across his room, and bring them to himself without spilling.
Limitless: Definitely a passive power, Peter’s body is adaptable enough that, providing he keeps up a healthy diet and strict training regime, his strength, agility, endurance and other attributes will push themselves to beyond peak and up to superhuman permanently. This is not a fast acting ability; it will take at least ten years for Peter to meet his full potential, and even after he has, he will have to continue moderating his lifestyle carefully so that he does not lose it.
It is worth noting that Peter has reached nothing even close to a fraction of his abilities.
Skills: In addition to the combat skills he has been taught by Henri, and the X-Men, Peter has a very strong classical education, displaying a prowess for Law, Business, and Political Sciences. He speaks English, French, German, and Latin.
Weaponry: Peter currently carries a modified Bayonet, which has an extended handle, allowing it to be used like a short sword, and a seven foot long bastard sword, the sword being lead cored, and titanium/tungsten alloy shelled, granting them the full impact of a more traditional steel weapon, as the weight has been calculated to run the same, if not more, while neither throwing off the balance, or forsaking the durability of the shell.
The Bayonets are made of a strange alloy comprised at least partially of silver. As functional as steel, they are comparable to short swords, and are engraved with the last rites along one side of the blade,in German and Latin.
If Peter is forced into a combat situation where he cannot access his armour, he will usually have a second Bayonet. His Bastard sword is paired with his armour. Built into the forearms of his bodysuit, are two spools of thin cable, as well as a compressed air launcher for them, and pulleys for retraction. In conjunction with his telekinesis to guide them, he can use them for a silent attack, the only noise being a slight pop, or whirring noise. The entire assembly appears to be two black bracers. These can also be used for acrobatics if necessary, or as rappel lines. It is strong enough to support roughly five hundred pounds.
Role Play Sample: One legged crossed over the other, he barely reacted as the descent began. He was far too preoccupied. His sole distraction from the hell of this trip was in his hands. Currently, he was playing a hacked file of Tactic Ogre, leaned mostly back, and getting a quite twisted pleasure from playing as Tartaros. To see the attack on Golyat through his eyes… He soon shut it off, and felt the impact of descent with a mild sigh, and closed his eyes, waiting for them to allow him off. ”This is your captain speaking, we are having a mild issue, as there appears to be a rogue Mutant on the runway. Agents from our Bureau of Mutant Affairs are currently trying to sedate him, and get him out of the area, but for your own safety we ask you to kindly stay on board.” Peter sighed, briefly touching the mind he could see from his window. Of all the…. The bastard was drunk. A telepathic suggestion, to get the hell off the runway, and they were soon well in hand, and being escorted away.
Can I not even get off a plane in peace?[/color] He sighed, and uncoupled his belt, packing up to be ready to get out of this pressurized tube. He had to put on his best normal act. He expected to be in for the third degree… At least it was better than being put through the third retaining wall. A few minutes of arguing with customs, and he was soon out of the airport, and into a Taxi.
