Virtually anything he can get his hands on.
Uniform: David's suit is made from hardened Kevlar plates on a titanium dipped fiber and is broken into multiple pieces of armor over a flexible body suit for greater mobility. The body suit itself is designed to always keep David at a comfortable temperature, and to match the heat signal his body gives off to the temperature of his surroundings. The body suit is partly made from nomex to offer fire resistance, and further more the suit is insulated from electricity. The suit's neckline conceals a Kevlar hood to protect his head as needed, or for added stealth, he can cover the lower half of his face with a Kevlar mask that is also concealed within the neckline of his suit. The final piece of his suit is a defense mechanism, if anyone but David tries to remove it the suit releases a 100,000 volt electrical charge.
His gauntlets are made of the same materials as his suit and body suit, the fingertips possess retractable claws for use while climbing, or in combat if needed. Under his wrist is a grappling hook that is fired by a specific wrist and hand movement, and contains a coil that extends one hundred fifty yards. The hook is retractable and able to be severed both with specific wrist and hand movements. His boots are likewise made the same as his gauntlets and suit, and have two hidden climbing spikes in each toe. The spikes are released with a specific motion from his toes. His mask covers his eyes and nose, the lenses are tinted red and do not restrict his field of vision, by pressing a button on the side of the mask he activates thermal vision, another button activates night vision. Either button turns it off. The mask is held on by spirit gum, and has two additional functions other than hiding his identity and helping his vision. The first is air filters in his nose, and the second is a communicator built in.
Around his waist goes his utility belt which contains a wide variety of items for any use he may need, it is customizable for whatever need he may have, though he normally keeps a standard set of items unless he knows something specific will happen. If there is more need for David to grapple around, he has a hand held grapple gun that he can attach by a holster on his right leg. To make stealth easier his entire suit, belt, mask, and all, is colored black.
Skills: David is a master of many martial art disciplines, among them Aikido, Jeet Kune Do, Escrima, Tae Kwon Do, Judo, Wing Chun, Hapkido, Jiu-jitsu, Shotokan Karate, Savate, Kendo, Ninjitsu, Boxing, Fencing, Parkour and Tang Soo Do. He has combined the martial arts he has mastered into his own style of fighting, making him a truly unpredictable fighter. He is fluent in English, French, Spanish, Italian, Russian, Japanese, Farsi, Arabic, Latin, German, Mandarin and Cantonese. He is a master acrobat, and has trained his body to its very limits. Among his wide variety of skills he is also a master of disguise and an escapologist. He is a capable pilot, and has a passing knowledge of mechanical engineering. He is a skilled forger as well.
Perhaps his most impressive skill is his indomitable will, he can control his emotions and impulses perfectly. He is also capable of resisting fear and telepathy, or throw off telepathy all together depending on the telepath’s skill and power. Through training and force of will, he has gained full control of his body.
Weaknesses: For all his skills and abilities, he is still human and has all the weaknesses and vulnerabilities associated with being human.

Motivation, and Why: David wants to make amends for all the lives he's taken over his career as an assassin, to do so he's decided to take up the life of a masked vigilante. Cliche? Maybe, but effective. More than anything else, he is driven by guilt, guilt at the fact that he has ended so many lives and he wants to make amends and leave a positive mark on the world. Even if his own name is not attached to it.
Through it all however, David's biggest motivation is to find out who he truly is. He has spent his life living as a weapon, taking orders from one person or another. Now he's on his own and wants to know what he's capable of doing other than fighting, on the other side of that however is the fact that fighting and death is all that he has ever known in his life.
Loyalty: Neutral
Physical Appearance: David stands a five foot nine inches in height, and weighs in at one hundred and seventy pounds of pure muscle. He has short cut dark black hair, and bright azure blue eyes, his jaw is squared and he has a crooked smile. His muscles are compact, belying his true strength and ability and allowing him to seem weak. He typically dresses in simple street clothes, jean tennis shoes and t-shirts. Hidden under his clothes he commonly carries some of his tools and weapons. His body is covered in scars from his lifetime of fighting and training.
History: David was born to two members of the League of Assassins, he was not born from a relationship out of love, but rather because his parents were the two best members of the League. Despite being born in Italy, both of his parents were American in nationality, giving him an American name. That was the extent of his interaction with his parents however, he never even knew who they were. He was trained from birth to fight, along with a group of other children. They were taught various martial art and weapons disciplines, parkour, surveillance, counter-surveillance, disguise, how to make antidotes to various poisons, how to mix explosive and gas pellets. Along with many other skills that they may need in order to be the best possible, and this was just during the day. At night they studied history, art, languages, mathematics, mechanical engineering, and anything else they desired to learn that was useful.
David was singled out and trained to be the best assassin of the League, as the son of the two best assassins in the League, much was expected of him. His training was exceptionally brutal, he was often attacked by his fellow students and forced to defeat all of them, though he never killed them so they could continue learning and challenging him. David was even attacked by his instructors on more than one occasion, he rarely won those matches at first, but after a few months he started holding his own, then soon after, winning. He received his first mission when he was sixteen years old.
David was part of a team that was meant to sneak in, kill their target and steal a document. David’s job was to steal the document, while the rest of the team went and killed their target. He was able to easily accomplish his task, knocking out several guards as he went. As he was ordered, David left the other team behind, going straight to their meeting spot. Soon the rest of the team joined back with him, or rather what was left of them. Instead of four, only one came back. After they returned to Rome, the one remaining was killed for failing his part of the job. The leader looked at David and told him he did well, and to not fail.
David went on to learn other skills, piloting, driving, anything he could get his hands on, even getting his first assassination. It happened just after he had turned eighteen, he was sent in to kill a political activist he did this by poisoning the man’s liquor glass. His life continued like this for two more years until he was twenty. It was at this point that several of his classmates and friends found information that revealed that the League had been targeting some of its own members. For no other reason than because some of them had angered the leader. It took them almost a year to plan out their move in secret, letting only a select few in to know what was happening.
David helped launch the attack on Christmas the year he turned twenty-one. It took them three weeks to finish the war the remote monastery they were trained at was left in nothing more than ruins. David three of his friends, and two of the older generation were all that were left alive. David defended the two older generation, stopping them from being killed by saying that there was enough death, and that he had become disillusioned with killing. After this, he traveled the world, not staying in one place for very long. He continued training to keep his skills up never wanting to be caught off guard. At the same time he hired himself out as a body guard, and though he was forced to fight on more than one occasion he never killed, sticking with his ideals on wanting to keep from taking life for the time being.
By the time David turned twenty-four he was in Paris taking a vacation, truly he didn't even need to work, he had divided the money from the League with the other survivors. Even from a five way split the money was more than enough to live off of for a while. His pay from acting as a high end body guard only adding to his wealth. This left David with little worries about his finances, as he could simply create a fake ID and then have his money changed to the currency for whatever country he was in.
David witnessed several civilians save a mugging victim, and for reasons unknown to him at the time this greatly effected him. It wasn't until he relocated to New York City for a job as a body guard that it all hit home for him, he saw three people get mugged in a two block range and wondered why no one helped them that he decided to do something about it. After finishing his job he started using the money he had from the League, and contacts, to start building everything he needed. He started by buying several different properties and turning many into bunkers and hideouts. His next step was to use his old contacts to assemble his armor and weapons, he even found corporations in the city that could help him with some of his weapons and pieces of his armor. He created a different ID for each one, he didn't want anything coming back to him.
With this in place David started his final steps into starting his vigilante activities, he started learning the city and everything that happened in it. He learned where the criminals stayed, what they did, any form of routine he learned. He recorded it all and kept records on a networked computer system that he paid for, he paid good money to make sure that it was all top of the line and hack proof. Continuing his studying of the criminals in the city, he started his war on crime. David fought through his twenty fifth birthday, the months rolling by until the city started to recognize him. The name that the city gave him was Wraith, and it was a name that he found he liked.
RP Sample: David picked up the duffel bag from the dead drop, slinging it over his shoulder and climbing out of the abandoned water tower. He dropped down to the roof, lifting the duffel bag higher on his shoulder. He ran, jumping across to the next rooftop, jumping to the next one after that, then a third one. Then he went down the stairs, exiting onto the street. Three men stepped in his path, ”Well look at this.. He’s got a nice bag on his shoulder. Why don’t you hand that over to us now.” David looked at each of the three of them, sizing them up. He could take them, they were nothing compared to him. However, David knew he had to keep a low profile. This meant something else, tricking them into letting him go. ”Come now, you want my dirty gym clothes? Besides.. We’re right by a bank, the cameras can see us perfectly.” The three looked at each other, and stepped aside.
David couldn’t help but smile at his bluff as he walked away, he had been right. They had been in and out of prison more than once. People were easy to trick, especially when they didn’t want to spend the next chunk of their lives in a prison cell. He continued down the street, coming to a building that he owned under one of his aliases. He went down into the basement, opening a passage and going into a tunnel that led to a small hideout he kept up. Unzipping the duffel bag, he started unloading the equipment, putting some in cases and locking them, others he put with his suit. He had everything he needed now, his mask, suit and equipment. There was nothing stopping him now.
David turned on the radio as he suited up listening to nothing in particular, then he heard something that caught his interest. They were talking about… him? He had done a bit before he got all his equipment, but nothing big. Not yet anyway. ”Caller, you have a point. Spectre is a little off.. I think his name should be short though, your first suggestion, Wraith. I like it, it’s terrifying. So Wraith it is folks, he’s out and about keep your eye out...” So they were calling him Wraith now? He couldn’t help but grin, he liked it. He stuck his mask on, and rolled out a black motorcycle, putting a helmet on and sighing. This was it, his first official night as Wraith. Starting his bike, he roared down the path he had built into the small building, coming out three blocks away and aiming down the street.
